CNC CUTTING MACHINE 9 AXIS

Microstep 9 axis CNC cutting Machine. Equipped With High Definition German Plasma Power source with Cutting capacity of 80 MM Stainless Steel latest in technology and best in cutting quality with Bevel, Marking, Pipe cutting included in the Features. It also includes oxygen fuel cutting upto 300 mm.

Laser Cutting

Fiber Laser Cutting with cutting capability of 20 mm Mild Steel & 15 mm Stainless steel which can accommodate standard Plates upto 2000mm X 6500mm.

SHEARING

Our workshop is being equipped with various machines for shearing Plates, Angles & Channels. With cutting capacity of Thickness upto 25 MM in 600 with to 3100 mm in 10 mm there are 3 shearing machines for plates. We have Semi-automated system for Shearing angles upto 150 x150 mm x 15 mm.

STRIP CUTTING & PROFILE CUTTING

Addition to above we also employ multi strip cutting for faster and quality cutting of strips. Additionally we have portable CNC Cutting system and profile cutting system for smaller cutting.
