• 3D Plasma cutting with world best power source Kjellberg, Germany with cutting capacity of 80mm Stainless steel. Cutting with a groundbreaking technology using Auto gas console with Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Argon gas and other Carbon steel materials with Oxygen. Technology from Microstep, Slovakia gives us edge for 9 axis machine capability of self calibrating the Bevel head for 3D HD plasma cut for cutting Plates and Pipes. Cutting Bed size of 4000mm x 13000 mm gives us the optimum utilisation of highest plate size available to being processed.

• Oxyfuel cutting has also been done for higher thickness and we have experience of processing upto 300mm Plates in different profiles.

• Fiber Laser cutting is the latest and best method for cutting lower thickness materials. We have invested in cutting thickness upto 25 mm in Laser with bed size of 2050mm x 6500mm. To give our customers the best quality. 

• Shearing facilities have been simultaneously developed for lower cost and faster production and have a capacity of cutting plates, Angles, Rounds & Chanels. Cutting of lengths upto 3100mm in plates, 150 x150x16mm in Angles with NC operations.
